Oops! I ordered the wrong size.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there’s a good chance we can make the switch for you. 

Email shop@kudzukings.com ASAP with your order number and desired style/size.  We’ll be in touch.

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND.

If you are not happy with your order and if the shirt is not washed, worn or has non-factory defects or damages, we will offer you a refund within 30 days of your order ship date.   
Items listed as final sale are not eligible for a refund.  Please be careful when opening up your package with a knife or scissors! 

 

Please email us with your order number and a brief description or picture to begin this process. Once we receive your returned order, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment.

If you’d like a different size/color or another item altogether, then drop us a note at shop@kudzukings.com with your order number. Then, mail the unworn/unwashed item to:

Once received, we’ll issue you a refund, minus shipping costs.   

In the meantime, please purchase the desired product and we’ll get it out to you ASAP.

HELP! MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL

We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If the package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you by email and arrange for redelivery. 

 

What’s taking so long for my order to arrive?

Shipping times are taking longer than usual in recent months. If you select USPS as a shipping method, please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to be delivered domestically and 8+ weeks for International orders. 

To ensure a timely delivery of your order, please select UPS as your shipping option. 

WHAT’S A PRE-ORDER?

Pre-Orders allow you to reserve a new product that has not yet been produced. It may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for production and fulfillment of your pre-ordered items. 

If you purchase other items in addition to the pre-ordered product, your complete order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item is ready.
